Name of the giveaway: Daytrip’s 10th Anniversary (Giveaway) 

Organizer: The Giveaway is organized by DAYTRIP EUROPE LTD, 41 Devonshire Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 7AJ, which operates in and from Czechia through its registered branch DAYTRIP EUROPE Ltd - odštěpný závod, Id. No. 06160531, Běhounská 5/18, Brno-město, 602 00 Brno, Czechia.

Terms: The Giveaway is governed by these terms and conditions. Prior to participating in the Giveaway, each participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CEST on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CEST on September 10, 2025

Who may enter & how to enter: Any natural person aged 18 or above may participate in the Giveaway, provided that they meet the following participation conditions during the Entry Period of the Giveaway:

1. Follow @mydaytrip (the official Organizer’s Instagram account) from a participant's public Instagram account;

2. Like the Organizer’s official Giveaway post (which will be posted on @mydaytrip Instagram profile) (Giveaway Post);

3. Comment on the Giveaway Post by: 

   1. stating Participant’s favorite day trip; and

   2. tagging Participant’s travel partner.

4. To enter the Giveaway, you must be an active holder of a non-private Instagram account (entry may not be done via a private account). 

Extra Entry: The Participant receives an extra entry to the Giveaway by adding additional comment to the Giveaway Post stating how the Organizer could help the Participant when traveling.

If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates will apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. 

Ineligible Participants & Rules for Participants: Individuals who are employed by, or otherwise engaged with the Organizer, as well as individuals who are close relatives of such persons, are excluded from participation in the Giveaway. 

Each person may participate in the Giveaway no more than twice (subject to the conditions of the “Extra Entry” clause). Should the Organizer detect any attempt at unauthorized repeated participation by the same person, the Organizer shall be entitled to exclude such person from the Giveaway at any time.

Each entrant must submit an entry on their own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual, using another person’s name or Instagram account, or providing any false information, fake accounts, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. 

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry (plus Extra Entry) by using the same or multiple/different accounts, emails, identities, or any other methods voids that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. No mechanically produced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate in the Giveaway is prohibited, will result in disqualification, and all such entries will be deemed void. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible. 

All entries must include all required information. Any entry with incorrect, incomplete, or illegible information or other inaccurate information will be disqualified.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration, or submission, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to register and associated with the entry will be deemed the registrant, and that person must be eligible according to these Terms. The “authorized account holder” is the Instagram account holder of the account name used to submit the entry. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. 

Deadline for entries: All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. CEST on September 10, 2025, to be eligible.

Who can win: On or about September 15, 2025, Organizer shall conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select ten (10) potential prize winners. If there are fewer than ten (10) eligible entries, the number selected will be reduced to that amount, and the excess prizes will not be awarded.

Each potential prize winner will be notified initially by direct message to their Instagram account following their selection and determination as a potential prize winner. Each potential prize winner must follow the instructions provided to verify eligibility and claim their prize. If the Organizer is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a selected potential prize winner or a potential prize winner fails to respond as instructed within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt to the Instagram account associated with that Participant entry, then that Participant may be disqualified and, time permitting, an alternative potential prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received and notified as per the procedures outlined above. 

The Organizer reserves the right to require reasonable proof of identity or other verification measures to confirm the existence of the selected participant and to prevent fraudulent or automated entries.

What are the prizes: Each prize consists of a discount code providing a one hundred percent (100%) reduction on the purchase price of a day trip offered by the Organizer. The discount may be used only for the “day trip” offer and not for any other services provided by Organizer (one-way transfers, multi-city transfers, by the hour, return trips). Discount codes will be delivered to winners via email, which must be provided by the winner in the communication following the announcement of their selection.

Each discount code must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of award and may only be applied to a booking of day trip made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled departure date of the selected day trip. The approximate retail value of each day trip is EUR 650. Discount code could not be applied to any other Organizer’s service than the day trip offer. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of a Prize shall be borne in accordance with applicable law.

General Prize Conditions: All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption, or  use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to collect or properly claim a prize in accordance with these Terms will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, the Participant, potential prize winner, or prize winner will not receive any other prize substitution or  compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Organizer and will not be awarded, except as provided  herein. 

Consent of Participants: Each Participant agrees that their submitted entry may be viewed by the public and used for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway and Organizer’s activities. By submitting an entry, Participant confirms that he/she have read and accepted these Terms.

By participating and submitting an entry, Participants agree that Organizer and participating parties are authorized to contact them via Instagram direct message or other form of communication to make Participant aware of information pertinent to the Giveaway, and to distribute information regarding Organizer’s products, special events or promotional offers. 

Data Protection: By entering the Giveaway, each Participant grants the Organizer permission to use the information provided at the time of entry for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, including evaluation of entries, selection and announcement of the winner, publication of the winner’s details, contacting the winner, and delivering the Prize.

In connection with participation in the Giveaway, the personal data provided by Participants at the time of entry will be processed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. Such processing is carried out on the legal basis of performance of a contract concluded with each Participant through their entry into the Giveaway. The personal data processed includes identification and contact details (first name, last name, Instagram account, and email address as provided by the Participant).

By entering the Giveaway, each Participant consents to the processing of the personal data provided for the purposes of verifying eligibility, contacting the Participant in case of winning, and acknowledges the information set out below regarding the processing of personal data. By entering the Giveaway, each Participant also consents to the publication of their full name in the event of winning, on the Organizer’s website and social media accounts.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the Giveaway and thereafter for the limitation period of any related claim of the Participant or the Organizer, as well as for any statutory retention period required under applicable law. Personal data processed on the basis of consent shall be processed for the period for which such consent was granted, unless withdrawn earlier. If a Participant withdraws consent before the delivery of the Prize and is subsequently drawn as a winner, such Participant shall lose their entitlement to the Prize and the Organizer shall draw an alternate winner.

The Organizer, as the data controller, is responsible for determining the purposes and means of the processing of Participants’ personal data. Personal data will be processed within the European Union. The Organizer may engage third-party service providers acting as data processors and may disclose personal data to public authorities or third parties where required by law.

Subject to applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR, Participants have the right to request access to their personal data processed by the Organizer (including the right to be informed of the specific data being processed and how it is used). Participants may request restriction of processing (meaning the data will not be deleted but will not be further processed) or request erasure of their data. The Organizer will comply with such requests unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

Miscellaneous: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, or to cancel, suspend, or extend the Giveaway in whole or in part, without providing a reason. In such case, Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation or settlement of any kind. In the event of amendments to these Terms, the Organizer will inform Participants by publishing the updated version on the same website where the previous version of the Terms was made available. Each Participant is responsible for familiarizing themselves with any amendments.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entry at any time that does not comply with these Terms in its sole and absolute discretion. The Organizer may exclude any Participant who breaches these Terms, acts contrary to good morals, or in any way damages or is suspected of damaging the reputation of the Organizer or other Participants. The Organizer may also exclude any Participant reasonably suspected of engaging in such conduct.

The Organizer is entitled to verify compliance with the eligibility and participation requirements. In the event of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the right to assess and make a final and binding decision regarding the outcome of the Giveaway.

By submitting a comment entry, each Participant represents that it is their own contribution and does not infringe the rights of any third party. The Organizer shall not be liable for entries not received, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective due to technical or human error.

Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and not conditioned upon any payment, deposit, or purchase.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and no alternative prize will be provided other than as determined by the Organizer. Where necessary, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part thereof with an equivalent prize of equal value. Participation in the Giveaway and any entitlement to a Prize cannot be enforced by legal action.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility or liability in relation to this Giveaway or the awarding of any Prize. 

By entering the Giveaway, each Participant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all decisions of the Organizer made in accordance herewith.

All legal relationships arising from or in connection with these Terms and the use of any Prize shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, irrespective of the nationality of the Participant or Winner. This choice of law shall not exclude the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Participant’s country of residence.
