OFFICIAL RULES – DAYTRIP’S CYBER WEEK DISCOUNT

Subject: Daytrip is offering 15% off* your next transfer when booked between November 23rd, 2026 and December 2nd, 2026 with code CYBERWEEK2026 (Cyber Week Discount).   

Organizer: The Cyber Week Discount is organized by DAYTRIP EUROPE LTD, 41 Devonshire Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 7AJ, which operates in and from Czechia through its registered branch DAYTRIP EUROPE Ltd - odštěpný závod, Id. No. 06160531, Běhounská 5/18, Brno-město, 602 00 Brno, Czechia.

Terms: The Cyber Week Discount is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms). Prior to redeeming the Cyber Week Discount, each participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms.

Entry Period: The Cyber Week Discount begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PST on November 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 2, 2026. This period is for creating reservations only. The actual ride can take place outside of this timeframe.

Rules for Participants: To redeem the Cyber Week Discount, the customer must be logged into an account. The Cyber Week Discount is limited to a single order per account. The maximum value of the Cyber Week Discount is capped at €45 and is not exchangeable for cash.

The Cyber Week Discount is available exclusively to B2C customers (individual consumers). It does not apply to travel agents or B2B accounts. 

The Cyber Week Discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or discounts.

The Cyber Week Discount can be redeemed via both our website and mobile application.

Deadline for redeeming the Cyber Week Discount: The Cyber Week Discount must be applied by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 2, 2026, to be eligible.

Data Protection: In connection with the Cyber Week Discount, the Organizer, as the data controller, processes the personal data provided by customers in their account and when making a booking (in particular first name, last name, e-mail address and booking details) for the purposes of applying and administering the Cyber Week Discount, including verification of eligibility and communication with the customer regarding the Cyber Week Discount. Such processing is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with the customer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The Organizer may further process such personal data for the purposes of preventing and investigating misuse of the Cyber Week Discount on the basis of its legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information on the processing of personal data, including retention periods, recipients, transfers outside the European Union and the rights of data subjects (including the right to object) and how to exercise them, is available in the Daytrip Privacy Policy at https://daytrip.com/en/privacy-policy.

Miscellaneous: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, or to cancel, suspend, or extend the Cyber Week Discount offer in whole or in part, without providing a reason. In the event of amendments to these Terms, the Organizer will inform customers by publishing the updated version on the same website where the previous version of the Terms was made available. Each customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with any amendments.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and invalidate any Cyber Week Discount redemption at any time that does not comply with these Terms, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Organizer may exclude any customer from redeeming the Cyber Week Discount who breaches these Terms, acts contrary to good morals, or in any way damages or is suspected of damaging the reputation of the Organizer or other customers. The Organizer may also refuse redemption to any customer reasonably suspected of engaging in such conduct.

By using the Cyber Week Discount, each Participant confirms that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by all decisions of the Organizer made in accordance herewith.

These Terms shall become effective as of 12:00:01 a.m. PST on November 23, 2026 and are further available on the Organizer's website: https://services.daytrip.com/press/cyberweek2026termsandconditions.

All legal relationships arising from or in connection with these Terms and the use of the Cyber Week Discount shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, irrespective of the nationality of the Participant. This choice of law shall not exclude the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Participant’s country of residence.
